With over a quarter century in design, marketing communication and branding, I've got a lot of stories to tell. Working in in-house marketing departments, agencies and, now, my own company, I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly sides of how companies treat their most valuable asset—their brand.

My philosophy is that if you establish or refine your brand and develop the tactics and tools to communicate it, the rest of the decisions are easy. Your brand manifests the essence of what makes your company successful. Get that right and you know where you stand on issues. You have a standard against which everything can be measured.

Plug-and-Play Business Model

In today's business climate, flexibility and adaptability are key. To maintain freshness and a high level of expertise, we operate using a plug-and-play business model. We bring in hubs of independent subject matter or technical experts to supplement our skill sets as a project requires or expands.

We don't look for work or make work to keep a huge staff busy. We look for projects to spearhead and bring in the skill sets we need. Overhead remains low. Boredom doesn't exist. Enthusiasm soars. Results speak for themselves.
