The Journey is the Reward: Making the brand experience count


I’ve always found inspiration in that Chinese proverb. In our busy lives rushing from A to B at breakneck speed, we sometimes forget to observe and enjoy what happens in between. Often it’s the in-between that makes the destination worth it at all.

Regardless of what service or product your brand represents, I encourage clients to create an enjoyable journey for existing and potential customers. You may be thinking, “So what exactly does that mean and how do I do it?”

The “journey” is every opportunity where your brand interacts with potential or existing clients.

How can you capitalize on these opportunities?

When you make the journey the reward, your audience will remember how you made them feel. That’s how you keep the brand experience strong, vibrant and memorable.
